For $17, this PROlectrix system is incredibly cheap. It's a basic blender-chopper that crushes ice and blends smoothies. The 200W motor is weak—don't expect it to handle tough ingredients. The 8-piece set sounds impressive, but the parts are lightweight plastic. It worked for softening ice and making simple smoothies, but it struggled with frozen fruit. It's fine for occasional light use, but if you blend daily, spend more. At this price, it's almost disposable.
